Copper Quail Consulting Story

Copper Quail Consulting (CQC) was born from founder Tara Bethell’s passion for creating workplaces where people are seen, supported, and empowered. After two decades leading HR, operations, and wellness in complex sectors, Tara launched CQC to help mission-driven organizations build people-first workplaces where teams thrive. Today, CQC partners with businesses and nonprofits to elevate culture, sharpen leadership, and strengthen operations with heart and strategy. At Copper Quail, we believe when people feel supported, purpose and performance soar—and we’re here to make that happen.
